Coronation Developers is a well known name amongst the Building Industry in Kenya and Uganda since 1954. It carried out big projects with good performance and workmanship.
The company’s Headquarters / workshop are on Plot 171 Mutesa II Road, Ntinda in Kampala and on Plot 209/118/61 Keiyo Road in Nairobi. The Kampala branch is being run by Mr. Mohinder Singh Channa and Mr. Narinderpal Singh Channa.
Mr. Harmeet Singh Channa is running the branch in Nairobi. The company has its own timber and metal workshop. It employs senior staff both local and foreign on various fields of construction.
Our Services
Building Construction
We have carried out various projects all over Uganda and Kenya. We strive to achieve the best workmanship and implementing projects timely.
Road Works
We have a fleet of new equipment, set up with the latest GPS control, to give our crews a leg up on the competition.
Bulk Excavation
We provide modern method of working on earth works from design, setting out and carrying out works. We also provide appropriate machinery on hire basis.
Electricity Installation
We carry out design and installations of electrical works both domestic and industrial. We employ our own designers and class A electricians to carry out works.
Water Works
Coronation developers provides complete construction services including retrofit and repair of all types of aquatic features including swimming pools, spas etc.
Windmill Installation
We started installing Australian-made windmills in war-torn areas of Karamoja in the year 2001 for the Ministry Of Water And Environment Limited.
